   I needed 1 gig of PC2700 DDR RAM and that’s just what I got, delivered fast, works fine.

   Purchased for $35 used the super saver shipping…Same spec Memory sells for $75 at local Big Box store. It’s memory. If you put it in and the PC doesn’t explode…it works fine.

   Works great. I had tried a stick of ValueRam before, but my HP A530N didn’t like it and kept giving me conflict issues. This is installed alongside the factory 512MB ram stick and all is well. My box is running WinXP SP3. I often have about 8-10 windows open doing school work, surfing, and playing music, so this was an important upgrade for me.

   The “Crucial 1GB 184-Pin PC2700″ memory module has brought new life to my mother’s aging Dell Dimension 2400. With a scant 256mb of RAM, it was taking forever to boot up and run applications. Being on a budget, she didn’t want to buy a new computer for the few things she needs a computer for (games, web surfing, email, and the odd Word doc now and then) so she asked me to take a look.

   The cheapest place to start was a memory upgrade so I went to the Crucial web page and ran the auto detect application that told me what memory module we needed. Then we found it cheaper here on Amazon.

   Installation was easy and fast. The computer recognized the new memory on boot up and the improvement was just remarkable! It was running like a new PC!

   Highly Recommended!

   I recently upgraded my old computer’s memory with two 1-GIG memory cards from Kingston. The price was right and the shipping was fast. Dell Computers’ price for the same cards was 3X more!

   I bought this about a month ago and so far i am glad i did. I’m running an older computer that takes ddr and the only thing i wish i had done now was got 2 of them.

   had a hard time getting the card to snap into my emachines computer. then my computer crashed. i had to remove the ram and restart windows. put ram back in and have not had any more problems.

   Bought one on a really good sale at amazon.com. Kingston memory chips have never failed me and I’ll recommend this to anyone. Works flawlessly with my Dell P4 and improved performance with a lot less swapping.
   Two thumbs up for a great product from Kingston. Do check your motherboard specs and make sure you’re pairing the right memory sticks so you don’t end up slowing your computer down.

    good price for what you get, not the best speed for the currently available memories but very good for the money you pay

    I purchased this 2×2G memory kit to upgrade my PC.
    Installation was a snap, I just replaced my 2×500m with this pair and Windows XP recognized right away. I was thinking about buying a new computer, but with this memory upgrade along with a new 22 inch LCD monitor, it just became a new PC. I usually buy new PC every 3 years.
    With this upgrade, however, I will be using my 3 year old PC another year or two.

    It does what it should. Relatively slow memory at 667MHz, but more than enough for your primary computer. No hassles, easy to install (if you know what you’re doing), and I never had problems with Kingston’s customer service. A good deal at this price!

    Kingston ValueRAM 4GB Kit (2×2GB) 667MHz DDR2 DIMM 240-pin Desktop Memory KVR667D2K2/4GR (Retail) I have a gaming computer and with the previous 2GB of RAM, it did okay.(I play WOW) But I couldn’t turn all graphic features on or up because it caused too much lag. With the new Ram installed I can turn everything on and all the way up and it works flawlessly! The preformance is great!

    Kingston is the only memory brand i buy. And I make and sell machines. I have never have a defective memory, even after years!!!

    Most stable Brand.
